Content of linked pages - disclaimer

In its ruling handed down on 12 May 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "Liability for Links" , the Regional Court of Hamburg, Germany, (Landgericht) stipulated that setting a link entailed assuming liability for the content of pages to which the link was set. According to the Court, the only way to circumvent this is to include a disclaimer in which no responsibility is assumed for linked pages. We want to explicitly stress the fact that we do not have any influence on the design and content of the linked pages. We therefore dissociate ourselves explicitly from all content of all linked pages on our domain, and we hereby assume no liability for the content of pages linked to on this website.
